KARNAPIDASANA
TECHNIQUE
1. Do Halasana and then flex
or bend knees and rest both knees on side of both the ears.
2. Both knees should rest on
floor, pressing the ears.
3. Keep toes stretched out
and join the heels and toes. Rest hands either on back of ribs or interlock
fingers and stretch out the arms as in Halasana.
4. Stay in pose for near about one minute with normal breathing and
come back and relax
